8. Click the UM Settings tab, click Add, and add your dial plan to the list of associated dial plans.
This completes all system-wide settings in Exchange Server.
Configuring UM Settings for Each User
With all system-wide settings in Exchange Server complete, configure the UM settings for each user.
1. In Recipient Configuration > Mailbox, select the user and select Enable Unified Messaging from the
Actions pane.
