Overview
Press“0”OptionforExtensioninVoiceMail‐allowsacaller
to press “0” while listening to an extension’s greeting. The
“0” can be configured by the administrator to forward the
usertooperatororotherdestinations.
PriorityDelivery‐allowscallertosetthepriorityofmessage
deliverysuch
asnormalorurgent.
PrivateMessaging‐allowsuserstoleaveaprivatemessage
intheirvoicemailfortheexpectedcaller.
Reminder Calls ‐ are used to remind you of important
meetings,thingstodoorpeopletocall.
Remote Access ‐ allows users to access the Voice Mail
SystemfromoutsidebydialingintotheAAandpressing#to
login;orpressing###fromanyinternalextensiontoaccess
anyvoicemailbox.
Return to AA ‐ after leaving a voicemail message and
pressing # to send it, incoming trunk callers are prompted
with the
option to return to AA to try another path or
person.
SetCall ForwardingfromVoice Mail‐ userscanset upCall
Forwarding from within the Voice Mail System. This allows
userstosetupCallForwardingwhileawayfromtheoffice.
VoiceMail DistributionList‐ allowsthe
userto usesystem
distributionlistsor personaldistribution listsforforwarding
voicemail. Up to 100 distributionlists canbecreated.Each
distributionlistcanhaveupto64entries,andanyentrycan
beanotherdistributionlist.
Zoomerang‐allowsuserstolistentomessagesintheVoice
Mail
System, make a return call to a party who left a
message, and then return to the Voice Mail System to
continuecheckingthenextmessages,allinasinglecallinto
the Voice Mail System. If the caller ID information is not
captured, the user may enter the “call
back” number
manually.
