2. In the Exchange Management Console, create a mailbox for the service account that

was created during installation (or created by you in step 4, above); see Figure 22-

3. In MaxACD Administrator, choose System > Voice Mail Configuration, then

select Synchronize with Exchange, and enter the name (not the IP address) of

Exchange server (see Figure 22-5).

4. Configure the names of each extension user such that the first and last names are

the same as the user’s matching mailbox on the Exchange Server.
